The LZY FESS ensures high efficiency of conversion between electrical energy and mechanical energy under the precise control of a series of work processes. In the charge process, the electric energy will undergo a high-performance flywheel energy storage inverter to accurately drive the motor so that the magnetic levitation flywheel in vacuum could increase its speed quickly. In the process, the input electrical energy is directly converted into the kinetic energy of high-speed rotation of the flywheel for the purpose of electrical energy storage. When the grid or load requires electrical energy, the flywheel would start to decelerate, driving in reverse the motor to generate electricity. The inverter again feeds smoothened and stabilized electrical energy into the grid, hence the kinetic energy of the flywheel has been converted into electrical energy. In this way, through the acceleration and deceleration of the flywheel, the FESS realizes the flexible storage and release of electrical energy.
